Terms and conditions

These terms apply to clearance and waste removal services provided by ISACLEARSPACE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, company number 17103169, registered office 43 Garfield Road, Great Yarmouth, NR30 4JU.

Quotes

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. They are based on the photographs, description and access information you give us. A quote stands as given unless the volume, the type of waste or the access is materially different from what was described, in which case we will tell you before starting and agree a revised price with you.

Booking and cancellation

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and a price with you. You may cancel or rearrange at any time by phone, WhatsApp or email; we ask for as much notice as you can give. If nobody can give us access at the agreed time and we cannot reach you, we may have to rebook.

What we can take

We are registered with the Environment Agency as an upper tier waste carrier and dealer, registration CBDU629229. We cannot take controlled items that require a specialist, including asbestos, gas bottles, paint and chemicals, tyres and clinical waste. Please tell us before the job if you think any of these are present.

Your responsibilities

Please make sure that anything you want to keep is clearly separated or pointed out before we start, that you have the right to dispose of the items, and that you tell us about anything hazardous, unusually heavy or fragile. Once loading has begun we cannot recover items that have been agreed for removal.

Our commitment

Everything agreed is loaded and taken. All waste is disposed of legally through licensed operators. The area is left swept and tidy. A waste transfer note is available for any job on request.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Prices quoted are for the work described.

Liability

We take care in and around your property. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If something is damaged during a job, tell us as soon as possible so we can put it right.
