This policy explains how ISACLEARSPACE SOLUTIONS LIMITED (“we”) handles personal information. We are the data controller for the information described here. Our registered office is 43 Garfield Road, Great Yarmouth, NR30 4JU and our company number is 17103169.
What we collect
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the postcode of the property, the service you need and anything you tell us in your message. If you book a job, we also keep the job address and a record of the work carried out and the waste removed.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote — our legitimate interest in responding to you.
- To carry out and manage work you have booked — performance of a contract with you.
- To keep waste transfer records — a legal obligation under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the duty of care regulations.
- To keep accounting records — a legal obligation under UK tax law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Records of completed work, including waste transfer notes, are kept for at least two years for waste duty of care purposes and up to six years for accounting purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only where we have to: with the licensed waste facilities that receive your waste, where a transfer note requires it, and with our accountant, our website and email providers, and regulators or insurers where the law requires.
Where it is stored
Enquiries sent through this website are stored on secure servers within the UK or European Economic Area. Messages sent by WhatsApp or email are held with those providers under their own terms.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email isaclearspacesolutions@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not happy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
