Cleaning services

Cleaning servicesGreat Yarmouth and across Norfolk

Deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning and commercial cleaning — on their own, or straight after we have cleared the property.

Half of what we do is cleaning

Clearance and cleaning are two halves of the same company, and a lot of our work is both on the same job: we empty the property, then we clean it. Booking the two together with one company is cheaper and quicker than arranging a clearance firm and a cleaning firm separately, and there is no waiting around between the two.

We offer three cleaning services and only these three, so you always know exactly what you are booking. Send us a few photos on WhatsApp with the postcode and we will give you a free, fixed quote.

Deep cleaning

A thorough top-to-bottom clean of the property: kitchens, bathrooms, ovens, inside cupboards, skirtings and windows on the inside. It is the right choice after building work, before moving into a new home, or when a property has been neglected and a normal tidy-up will not get it back.

  • Kitchens, worktops, splashbacks and inside cupboards
  • Ovens, hobs and extractors
  • Bathrooms, showers, tiling and sanitaryware
  • Skirtings, doors, frames and switches
  • Windows cleaned on the inside
  • Floors washed and finished throughout

End of tenancy cleaning

For tenants who want their deposit back, and for landlords and agents turning a property around between lets. The whole property is cleaned to a letting standard, with the oven included, so the place is ready to be handed over or viewed.

  • Whole property cleaned to a letting standard
  • Oven cleaning included as standard
  • Kitchen units cleaned inside and out
  • Bathrooms descaled and cleaned through
  • Cupboards, wardrobes and drawers wiped out
  • Clearance of any left-behind items if you need it

Commercial cleaning

Offices, shops and commercial units, including the clean that follows a strip-out or a refurbishment. If we have cleared or stripped the unit for you, we can go straight on to cleaning it, so the space is ready to use or hand back in one go.

  • Offices, shops and commercial units
  • Cleaning after a strip-out or refurbishment
  • Kitchens, washrooms and staff areas
  • Hard floors washed and finished
  • Evening and weekend slots so trading is not disrupted
  • One visit or a repeat booking to suit the unit

Frequently asked questions

How does the quote work?

Send a few photos of what needs clearing on WhatsApp along with your postcode and how easy the access is. We work the quote out from the volume of waste, how long the loading will take, the access at the property and the disposal charges for what is being taken. You get a fixed, no-obligation quote back before anything is booked, and it does not change on the day unless you add to the job.

Do I need to be there?

It helps if you or someone you trust is there at the start so we can agree exactly what is going and what is staying. Once that is agreed, you do not have to stay. We can also work from key access arranged with a landlord, letting agent or executor.

What happens to the waste?

Everything is taken to licensed waste transfer and recycling facilities. Anything that can be reused or recycled is separated where possible, and nothing is ever left at the roadside or fly-tipped.

Can I get a waste transfer note?

Yes. Ask us and we will give you a waste transfer note for your job. It records who took the waste, what it was and where it went, which is your proof that it was handled legally.

How much notice do you need?

Usually a day or two is plenty, and we can often help sooner. We work seven days a week from 07:00 to 21:00, so evening and weekend slots are available for end-of-tenancy and probate deadlines.

Do you clear one item or a whole property?

Both. It can be a single sofa or fridge, or an entire property from loft to garden. Tell us what you have and we will quote it either way.

Which areas do you cover?

Great Yarmouth, Gorleston-on-Sea, Caister-on-Sea, Hemsby, Acle, Brundall, North Walsham, Norwich, Lowestoft and Beccles, and further across Norfolk and Suffolk. If you are not sure whether you are in range, just ask.

What can't you take?

Some items are controlled and need a specialist: asbestos, gas bottles, paint and chemicals, tyres, and clinical waste. If you think any of these are in the property, check with us first and we will point you in the right direction.

What does a deep clean include?

A deep clean covers kitchens and bathrooms top to bottom, including inside cupboards, the oven, skirtings, doors, light switches, and windows cleaned on the inside. Floors are washed and finished throughout. The price depends on the size and condition of the property, so send us a few photos on WhatsApp with your postcode and we will give you a fixed, no-obligation quote.

Will an end of tenancy clean get my deposit back?

The property is cleaned to the standard letting agents and inventories expect, including the oven. If the agent raises something specific after the check-out, we will come back and put it right. We cannot guarantee a deposit refund, because that is not in our control, but the clean is carried out to give you the best chance of it.

Can you clear the property and clean it in the same visit?

Yes, and many customers book exactly that. Because clearance and cleaning are two halves of the same company, we can empty the property and then clean it as one job. One company, one price and one visit is quicker and usually cheaper than booking a clearance firm and a cleaning firm separately.

Do I need to provide anything?

No. We bring our own equipment and cleaning materials. All we need is access to the property, running water and electricity.
